Each year, shortly after Labor Day, the First Tennessee Human Resource Agency (FTHRA) and NET Trans proudly host the Van Roadeo, a tradition that highlights the talent, dedication, and professionalism of our drivers and maintenance personnel.
The Van Roadeo is more than just a competition; it’s an opportunity to recognize the essential role our operators and staff play in keeping our communities moving safely and reliably. The event promotes safety, strengthens skills, and builds camaraderie among the NET Trans team, all while providing some well-deserved recognition for outstanding service.
This year’s Van Roadeo brought together drivers and staff from across our service area to test their knowledge, precision, and driving abilities in a fun and engaging setting. Challenges included maneuverability courses, safety exercises, and teamwork-based competitions, all designed to reflect the real-world demands of operating a NET Trans vehicle.
