As part of the 2025 Tennessee Public Transportation Association (TPTA) Annual Conference, NET Trans proudly participated in the Tennessee State Roadeo, an exciting, skills-based competition showcasing the dedication, talent, and professionalism of public transit drivers and mechanics from across the state.
Held in Knoxville, TN, the roadeo brought together transit agencies to compete, learn, and celebrate the essential work of transportation professionals.
The State Roadeo challenges participants with real-world driving scenarios designed to evaluate precision, safety, and customer-focused performance. Drivers navigated tight turns, obstacle courses, passenger loading simulations, and timed maneuvers—all under the pressure of competition.
