CONNECT is NET Trans’ new same-day, on-demand transportation service powered by electric vehicles (EVs) — bringing flexible, eco-friendly public transit to Elizabethton, Greeneville, and Tusculum, Tennessee. Whether you're headed to work, an appointment, shopping, or anywhere else in town, Connect makes getting there easier than ever.

What Is CONNECT?

CONNECT is a public ride service operated by NET Trans using Ford Mustang Mach-E electric vehicles. It’s designed to give riders a quick and convenient transportation option within Greeneville and Tusculum.

This service is:

• On-demand — rides are booked same day
• Affordable — with easy payment options
• Open to all — anyone can ride!
• Sustainable — powered by all-electric vehicles

How to Book a Ride

You can reserve your ride in two simple steps:

1. Download the NET Trans app
   • Available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Just search “NET Trans” and get started today.
2. Call the NET Trans Call Center to set up your account for the app.
   • This is only necessary to do during your first time using the app.
3. Then book your ride!

Rides are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Service Area

CONNECT currently serves the cities of:

• Greeneville
• Tusculum
• Elizabethton

All trips outside of select city zones must be scheduled through traditional NET Trans services.

Fares & Policies

Connect fares are based on mileage. Riders will be informed of the fare prior to confirming the trip. All NET Trans standard passenger policies apply to CONNECT rides. For fare-related questions, call 423-461-8233.
